Dave is one of the other host on my podcast. currently we are like 2 episodes behind. he has not gotten around to editing them yet. agh I dont know what to do. 

4. where was I. Oh, yes music anyway I got a new phone recently because my old one died. The features on it stoped working and it would not hold a charge. So I wanted a phone that would also play music. This is nice for me because I do not have an MP3 player. So I got the LG enVy from verizon with a full flip open keyboard. Its a nice phone and has an awsome camera in it. I got unlimeted text messaging on it since I have a full keyboard. I also have a 2 gig memery card on the phone. this allows for plenty of music for several days of music and then I just swap songs out.  Its kinda cool it stores the music on a microSD card which is about half the size of a thumbnail. Thats HOT. Anyways I have been trying to text into the local radio station now and have them play some music but no luck. 
Oh well I like the phone and I love that It can play music for me.

Well I think that should be enough for today. ok laters all. 

Well things are never dull around me. I have not posted in a long time so I guess its time for an update. 

1. I now work at reuters. which is really cool. I previously worked there for about 2 weeks. it was the same job that I have now but it was just a very short contract. anyways the contract reopend and the asked for me back first. Since work was scarce at my previous job and they were about to start withholding income I felt it was a good time to jump ship. anyways my work is not that challenging for me but I have fun doing it and everyone loves me here because I get things done super fast. I also work with 3 of the greatest coworkers that I have ever had.  This is a great and relaxed company to work for and I see many avenues to presue.

2. My friend Dave and I have started up the podcast again. It originally started up as an Idea from Dan to do a Philosophy segment, where I would talk and give a Phil outlook on life or other things that they talked about. anyways. Adam, Paul, Tony, and I recorded the first episode of Philosophy at gencon. "the lost episode" anyways it was fun and we talked about starcraft II.  since then we have dropped the Philosphy part and just left it like it was with Insert Coin Live. its just simpiler and life is good. I have talked to Scott K. Joey jo jo jr. shabadoo and He will be hosting with us since he has a PS3 he will complete our gaming console experince. right now we have 8 philosophy episodes done 7 regular episodes done.2 blooper reels and 3 shortcasts. its alot of fun. www.insert-coinlive.com

3.Fear the Con. This is going to happen on march 8th and we will be hosting a Starcraft LAN. this should be lots of fun if more than one person signs up. I dont really have big hopes for it since its still early and this is the first time this is happening, and its only a one day con. I just hope to have fun with what we do have. we are also trying to have a booth setup in the dealers room so that we can do a podcast there and also so other podcasters could set their stuff as well. This is so cool.

4. Something I want to do. I want to go to a concert I have not been to one in a long time and I love them. So I hope to hit a few up this year. I have found a few new bands or atleast they are new to me. my newest discovery is a band called Soil. they have 2 good album and one thats so-so. I have been .... oh luch time ill post more later

I have not posted in like 2 weeks. Ive been so busy at work lately that I did not have time to post. I have been setting up a NAS appliance with iSCSI to 2 servers running ESX VMwares. I got to learn alot though.

I have to stop for a moment and give it up to the ad people here at LJ. There is currently an ad for a wireless boundry microphone, but thats not the best part. The best part is that its encrypted. What the hell is the point of that . Like some hacker is going to be sitting outside of your home scanning for wireless microphone signals and hack into them. what is he going to hear? Fart noises I tell you, it all boils down to Fart noises with microphones.

Back on track. ARCHON, PARTY, GAMES, BEER. yeah Im good now.

Recently I got my aggression out when I played in a local game. I killed alot of things. I destroyed alot of other things. all in all I think it was a good thing. I still have to work on 2 things. comming up with things to say when a guard is questioning you, and explaining my plane to people so they will let me do it.

Its been like a week since I have posted anything here. Lately not much has really grabed my intrest except transformers the movie. So I dont give anything away to those who have not seen it, Ill just say it was really good. 

Work has been going just fine. Im close to the end of my probation here. This is exciting because I will get a raise.

My friend situation is interesting. I think I have it cleared up a bit. Things will get better.

Other than that I dont have much to write about. We will see what this week has waiting for me.

I tell you I would eat you. Muhahahahah.

But anyways. I think that things are going to get alot better. I have been doing alot of thinking latly over a subject that has forced itself onto me. Im actually glad that things went down the way they did. I just see this as another problem that needs to be fixed. And I intend to fix it, because I want things back the way they were. Now I know that they wont be exactly the way they were but I think they can smooth themselves out a bit.

Well I did it. I finished school. I also recieved word that I did officialy pass the class. I also passed my final that I did not have much time to study for. I first emailed the teacher to tell me if I passed the class or not. He emailed me back first with a no. Then he emailed me saying yes. I know he got a kick out of that. He always like making me worried.

Now that Im out of school I will have to figure out what to do with the rest of my time. I know I told myself that I would start working out again after I finished school. Also wanted to get back into a rpg now too. So Ill have to see what is out there. I know I also wanted to work more around the house too.

Well there will be so many things to do, and now ill have the time to do them.

Oh God, I'm so close to finishing school. Don't let me screw it up now. That would totally suck. I have done good through out College and to only fail the last class would blow. Right now we have the class in SQL and Access. We already did the lab final so all I have to do is the theory. I know this is not my strogest class but I should know enought to make it by. The other thing is, I have not had enought time to study for the test. With work and other things going on in the house hold, I have missed alot of study time.

At least this will make things interesting.

Well looks like my sitting around doing nothing is at an end. The assinged me a desk today. Also I am taking care of NBA. The company is some kind of Christian organization, if not catholic. So far I have been taking care of there server print issues that have been occuring. This being my first assignment here im kinda nervous and excited at the same time. I dont want to mess anything up. 

I know im a good technican but, Im still affraid to make mistakes. I know that they will happen no matter what I do. I just dont like it. Its nice that I finally dont have to work on home user equipment or, deal with home customers. Man, I really hate people.

Friday night Becky and I went out with some friends, to go see the gateway wrestling. When they first told me about it, I was thinking that it was going to be the backyard wrestling style. I think the backyard wrestlers are stupid, they hurt themsleves for no point. They have no real safty. So really I did not know what to expect, but I was going all the same.

When we got there, it looked like the same setup that the pro's use just on a smaller budget. Watching the first match, I knew that this was setup and played out just like the WWE. Although I know if fake, these guys still do some impressive move and need alot of endurance. This was going to be really fun. 

Becky and I, Patrick and Kitten, went to the match becasue they had a friend that was comming out of retirement to wrestle yet once again. I guess he had a new persona. We were there with our new Party Hard Corps firends. 

Some of the great things there were the violence of people there. They were really buying into all of this. Some of the people were semi to totally drunk. This only made for even better moments when they started egging on the wrestlers. As long as they got a reaction out of the people, I dont think the cared if they were getting yelled at or praised.

Over all I think it was really fun. I would like to go and see the Priest of Hate guy again. He was a really good actor. I did not see him wrestle, so I dont know how good he is.

While at work, since I have nothing to do, I have been looking for old video games that I used to play. I found 2 games. The first one that I found is Wing Commnader: Privateer. This game graphically is just the way I remember it. But the gameplay is a little harder because im used to a little bit better of control. I tried flying to another planet but got shot down. Its not easy to fight in space. 

The next is Outpost. This game is great. I find it hard sometime not to kill all of my colonist, but its still fun. With both games now on my computer and fully running in XP. I have to some how relearn all the controls and keyboard commnads. I think the first thing to play is going to be outpost.

So, at school we are learing SQL. I have to say it is interesting, but its mostly boaring. Currently we are working on a final project. The teacher gave us 20 question to answer using SQL statments. I am having trouble with the project because I dont know what tables to use, to answer the questions. There are about 7 tables that the teacher made. I am slowly finishing the project. 

Next week will be finals, and I hope to be ready for those.

Well I thought today would be different. I thought I would get shipped off to washington missouri. To do a job of course. But it looks like that wont be happening anytime soon. The guy that I was to be replacing because he got hurt, decided to show up and go down yesterday. Today he did not show up for work. I think the bank (where I was to work) was not happy about this and does not want another person down there.

Well they are not firing me, which is good, infact they have reasured me that there are jobs comming up that they will need me for. All I care about is getting to work and showing people that I can do a good job, and that I know my shit. we will have to see what the rest of the day has instore for me.

I have been doing nothing much today at work. My day started by going off site for two hours. I went to the national benevolet association. (dont ask me what they do) The guy that sent me first had me call out there. We thought it was just an enduser problem with logging on. 

So I ran him through the guantlet of the logging on at other computers, users, and passwords. I could not fix it over the phone so of course I went out. I looked at the error and it was more that a citrix problem. It was a server 2000 problem with the profile not loading. I knew that this was no longer a client side problem and that Dave the guy that assigned me this would most likely have to remote in.

Before I would leave and give dave the  bad news I figured I would do a little google search on the internet, and see what I could come up with. Most of what came up were forum descusions. That cool because that usually helps. but in this case it seems that people were just copying and pasting from one forum to another. So I delved a little deeper and found a fix from microsoft about the UHPclean. this should fix the problem. To bad its already been running on the computer. NEXT! Now i found something on citrix's website about the default user profile folder not being there might make it not work. So what the hell I put a new one in, but it still did not work.

Through all of this I spen two hours there, I figured it was about time to call and let him know what is going on. Dave was not too happy about the problem but was atleast happy about me trying to fix it for him. He told me he would have to remote in and take care of it, like i figured he would have to.

Now im back at the Offices. There is not much to do. Finally my connect wise username and password came in so that I could do the training. that took all of two more hours. YAY! But, now im stuck with nothing to do but search the web for other things to do. BOOO!

Well I finally did it. I did a google search and for podcast directories and the added insert coin to most of them. you may ask why I did this? well, its because I enjoy doing my podcast and I want people to listen to them. Its funny a person from the fear the boot forums named chaoz said that its kinda creepy with only two people hosting and that we should add a third. I really dont see this, but to each there own. Currently I am at work and thats when I did all this. Right now there is nothing for me to do at work, but ill talk about work later tonight.

My Friend dave and I finally got episode 3 up and running on the website. Its not what I think makes a good episode but Its done and if we get negative feedback we wont do antother. Another episode like that not podcasting in general. I think it will take us a little longer to find our niche but with user feedback well be good. We need to do more advertising on podcast direcotries.

Im thinking of making some gif's for the website and the forums, that I think will be cool.

Well this was my first day at work. I would have to say it was uneventfull. They did not have all my passwords and user accounts set up so I could not go through all my training. Well I did get a laptop. The guys that I work for are pretty cool, and they are really smart. The only thing that I dont like is since they dont know me, they dont know what I know. So they talk to me and try to baby me through everything. Other than that work is great, we will see what tomorrow holds.

Today being fathers day, I was able to get out of a family random encounter, by have a year long plan of going to the brick yard. This is really an oddity because I usually dont plan anything. So its not like I intentionally tried to get out of going to fathers day with my wife.... but thats how it worked out.

This was my second time going to the Indy F1 grand prix. I have to say its alot of fun. I go with a friend from school who knows all about the drivers and the cars. As I only know about the cars. I mainly find it exhilarating because of the magnitude of sound and horse power that they throw at you. you feel it in your body as they pass by you and it gives you goose bumps. 

This year there were not that many crashes as there were last time. They had a much cleaner turn 1 and that left more cars on the playing feild than last year. We did see a car bump into another as it was trying to pass, and mess up its front left suspention. It was really cool to see as it was coming into the pits the tire was haning off sideways on the car. The pit crew tried to fix it but could not. We also saw another car catch on fire. although it did not burst into flames it was still really cool.

After 73 laps the race is over and we left. One nice thing about pulling out of the speedway city is that they block off all lanes and make an exit for the spectators. It makes it easier to get out than in. 

Since I live in St. Louis we drove up there. It took us about 4 to 5 hours to get there. we stopped at a gas station called petrol. Its a big trucker stop. The reason that we stopped there is because they have some of the best country fried stake that we know of. So we had to stop there both ways. The food is good and the portions are huge.

Well that was pretty much the majority of my day. Im not back home and Im going to do my laundry and chill out on the couch and get ready for my first day on the job tomorrow
